I almost sold my soul.

The last few years, it felt like everyone online was yelling the same thing: grow faster, sell more, chase trends, let the algorithm decide who you are.

Authenticity didn’t matter — being loud did.

And for a minute, I almost believed that was the only way to make it. But when I looked at what Achiliz was becoming, it didn’t feel like mine anymore. The sketches were still drawn by my hands, but the voice behind them wasn’t the same.

So I stopped.

I stepped back. Because Achiliz was never built to be a machine — it was built to mean something. It came from a Caribbean kid who was laughed at for what she wore, who never felt welcomed enough to walk onto the course.

So I went back to the start — April 18, 2018.

A blank page. A pen. And the same dream I had from day one: to make something real.

Taking what used to be exclusive and making it ours. Not just in golf, not just in streetwear — in every space that told us we didn’t belong.
