Cancellation policy

Achiliz Apparel® currently offers standard purchases and limited pre-orders on select items.
We do not offer subscriptions or “try before you buy” programs at this time.


Standard Purchases

All standard purchases are processed immediately at checkout.
Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed, as we begin preparing and packaging shortly after purchase.
Please review your order carefully before submitting.

If you contact us within 12 hours of placing an order, we will do our best to accommodate a cancellation request — however, approval is not guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.

For eligible returns, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for information on how to initiate a return after delivery.


Pre-Orders

From time to time, Achiliz Apparel® may offer limited pre-order items.
When you place a pre-order, you are reserving an upcoming release that has not yet been fulfilled.
Payment is collected in full at checkout to secure your order.

If you wish to cancel a pre-order that has not yet shipped, please contact us at
info@achilizapparel.com.

Once your pre-order has been fulfilled and dispatched, it is no longer eligible for cancellation but may still qualify for a return under our Return & Refund Policy.


Order Modifications

After an order has been processed, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address, item selection, or payment method.
If an address correction or modification is urgently needed, please email us immediately after placing your order.
