where are your products manufactured?
Every piece is designed and finished in Edmonton, AB, Canada, produced in small-batch runs to maintain quality over quantity. We prioritize Canadian manufacturing whenever possible. When certain materials or craftsmanship require it, we also work with trusted North American and European partners to ensure quality, ethics, and durability.
When will I receive my order?
Orders will ship consistently on scheduled days each week.
This allows us to complete final packaging and quality checks before release, ensuring every piece leaves the studio exactly how it should.

FAQ: Shipping to the United States
Do you ship to the United States?
Yes — Achiliz Apparel now ships to the United States.
At this time, we only ship within North America (Canada and the United States) as we focus on keeping delivery times and quality consistent. International shipping will be added in the future as we continue to grow.
Are there extra fees for U.S. orders?
Orders shipped outside of Canada my be subject to import duties or taxes when they arrive at the border. These fees are set and collected by U.S. Customs and are the customer's responsibility.
How much are import fees?
Most U.S. orders under $800USD ($1,120CAD) arrive duty-free. Higher-value orders may have a small customs fee charged by your courier before delivery.
What happens if I refuse to pay the fee?
If a package is refused or returned because duties or taxes were unpaid, shipping costs are non-refundable. Returned items can be re-sent once the parcel arrives back to us.
production & craftsmanship
Each Achiliz piece is individually heat-pressed by hand in small batches. Because of this process, slight variations (such as minor angle or placement differences) may occur between garments. We see these not as imperfections, but as marks of craftsmanship — proof that every item was made with real hands, not machines.

how do i know my size?
Each piece has its own fit guide under "Clothing FAQs" on the product page (see Clubhouse Polo or Albatross V-Neck for exact measurements and recommendations).
returns & exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in their original condition. We inspect every piece before it ships to make sure it meets our quality standard.
If something doesn't feel right with your order, reach out — we'll make it right.

restocks & sold out items
Achiliz pieces are released in small, limited batches, to maintain quality and craftsmanship. If an item or size is shown as sold out, please DM or email us if you still want to place an order — this helps us gauge restock demand and ensures your piece is reserved in the next batch.
Typical restock timelines are 2-3 weeks, depending on production.
We do small batch restocks periodically. If your size is out of stock, please DM us on Instagram (@OfficialAchilizApparel), or email us (info@achilizapparel.com). We're happy to reorder stock just for individual orders!
packaging & unboxing
Every order is hand-packed with care to make unboxing feel personal.
Any orders that include a purchase of at least one Albatross V-Neck or a Clubhouse Polo will have: a reusable drawstring bag, branded stickers, and an art print/thank-you card.
Orders of the Crown Rosé Collectable (Ball Marker) will exclude the reusable drawstring bag, but will include the branded stickers and thank-you card.
