Shipping Policy | Achiliz Apparel®

1. Where We Ship

Achiliz Apparel® currently ships within Canada and the United States only.
We plan to expand internationally in the future, but at this time we do not offer delivery outside these two countries.

All orders are inspected, packed, and shipped from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.


2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed during weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your package has shipped.


3. Shipping Carriers and Delivery Times

All shipments are created through Shippo, which automatically selects the most reliable and cost-effective service from trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and Canada Post.

  • Within Canada → estimated 3 – 7 business days

  • To the United States → estimated 5 – 10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or customs processing.


4. Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is provided on all orders.
Expedited delivery options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.
Customers are responsible for any expedited-service costs they select.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (U.S. Customers)

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by U.S. Customs or the carrier.
These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping rates and are the customer’s responsibility.
Achiliz Apparel® is not responsible for any customs-related charges, delays, or returns resulting from unpaid duties.


6. Shipment Tracking & Lost Packages

When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details.
If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the package, please contact the carrier directly first, then email info@achilizapparel.com so we can assist with a claim.
Achiliz Apparel® is not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.


7. Order Changes & Address Errors

Please verify your shipping address before checkout.
If you need to make a correction, email info@achilizapparel.com within 24 hours of purchase.
Changes cannot be guaranteed once a label has been created.


8. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are managed under our Return & Refund Policy [link].
Please contact info@achilizapparel.com before mailing any returns; our team will provide detailed instructions and the correct return address.


9. Local Delivery (Edmonton Area)

Achiliz Apparel® offers free local delivery within the Edmonton area when available.
Deliveries are made personally by our team and scheduled based on availability.
You’ll receive an email once your order is ready for delivery, followed by a message confirming completion.
If local delivery isn’t available for your address, your order will be shipped via our standard courier service at no additional cost.
