Achiliz Apparel | Return & Refund Policy (Canada & USA)

We stand behind our quality. If something isn’t right, we’ll review your order carefully and work toward a fair solution.

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. After 14 days, returns are not eligible.

Eligibility

  • Home try-on for fit is allowed. Items may be tried on briefly indoors to assess size.

  • Items must be unworn beyond try-on, unwashed, and undamaged, with no stains (incl. deodorant/makeup), odours (smoke, perfume), pet hair, pilling, stretching, or creasing from wear.

  • All original tags, packaging, and inserts must be included and intact.

  • Items failing inspection may receive a partial refund or be declined at Achiliz’s discretion.

  • Final Sale items and gift cards are not returnable.

Why “unwashed”? Washing permanently alters fabric/finish and is treated as use, which makes the item not resellable for hygiene and quality reasons.

How to Request a Return

Email info@achilizapparel.com with your order number and reason for return.
Please do not ship anything until we confirm your request. We’ll provide the correct return address and instructions.
Items sent without approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping: Unless an item arrived damaged/defective/incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping. Use a trackable service; Achiliz isn’t responsible for lost or unconfirmed returns.

Exchanges (Size/fit)

To change size or style, return for a refund and place a new order.
Tip: email us your measurements or preferred fit; we’ll help you pick the right size before you reorder.

Inspection & Refunds

After we receive the return, we’ll inspect it and email the outcome.

  • If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–10 business days (issuer timelines may vary).

  • If the item shows signs of wear, washing, damage, odour, stains, missing tags/packaging, or other issues, we may issue a partial refund or decline the refund.

  • Returns outside policy or with excessive wear may be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email info@achilizapparel.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll resolve it promptly.

U.S. Orders — Duties & Border Fees

  • All import duties, taxes, and customs/brokerage fees are the customer’s responsibility. Achiliz does not cover or refund these charges.

  • For U.S. returns, mark parcels as “Returned Goods.” Any import/duty/brokerage fees billed to Achiliz due to improper labeling will be deducted from your refund.

  • Packages refused/unclaimed due to unpaid fees will be processed as returns (less all related shipping/fees) once received and inspected.
